This is a full time position located in Boca Raton (not remote).

About the position:

You will be responsible for developing and managing a robust talent acquisition process, using the latest techniques along every stage of the way, from promoting our employer brand, sourcing, interviewing, building a pipeline, and providing an exceptional candidate experience at every opportunity.

  • Operate as strong role model who exemplifies our values
  • Develop the end to end recruiting strategy that supports our key hiring priorities
  • Aim to build an amazing world-class organization
  • Partner with and coach our managers to help them build our dream team
  • Connect with empathy, be comfortable building rapport with a diverse workforce who are smart, fast- paced, and experienced
  • Seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates, including networking and establishing relationships with universities/colleges/technical schools
  • Provide an efficient and high touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer

 Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • 4+ years experience designing, building, and managing a full lifecycle recruiting function
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong experience with creative sourcing strategies, employer branding, and building a solid pipeline of diverse talent
  • Strong experience working with applicant tracking solutions and conducting thorough behavioral based interviews
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at networking and developing relationships both internally and with the community
  • Willingness to take on a hands- on role with opportunity to lead a team in the future as we grow
  • High adaptability with a passion for learning new things and savviness with the latest tech tools
  • Flexibility and ability to change direction quickly and be comfortable in a fast paced and potentially ambiguous environment
