About the positions:

Our Owner oversees the Residential side of our business.  This position is will also be responsible for liaising with the Owner’s Personal Assistant to ensure his life is running efficiently and smoothly.

Our VP of Operations oversees the Commercial Side of our business as well as daily operations.  You will have the opportunity to be involved in every facet of the business.

Snapshot of Key Accountabilities:

  • Be the point of contact between the Owner/VP and clients and manage the information flow
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Manage and maintain Owner/VP’s demanding schedule, appointment and travel arrangements
  • Record, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Answer and manage incoming calls

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience providing high level administrative support at the senior level
  • Experience in construction or development with demonstrated understanding of the construction process
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Polished telephone manner
  • Strong writing skills
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
