Snapshot of Key Accountabilities:
- Meets and greets all internal and external customers.
- Coordinates sample requirements for sales staff, maintains pricing schedules
- Coordinates showroom/office schedules and activities, tracks progress and results as directed by management.
- Orders all samples for customers and maintains inventory levels as required.
- Responsibilities may include but are not limited to screening telephone calls, assisting with coordination meetings, ordering office supplies, marketing materials and other sales or administrative related requests.
- Maintains master calendar and showroom/office schedules. Opens, dates, and sorts incoming mail. Coordinates all Federal Express, UPS, Overnight shipments and any other packages, incoming and outgoing.
- Regularly document account plans, sales activities, and opportunity tracking
- Conduct quotation follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand and establish client expectations and effectively communicate to appropriate parties.

Your sense of urgency combined with getting the work done in complete and accurate detail in accordance with our high standards is mission critical. Close and cheerful follow up, capably conveying information regarding our products to the customer is required. Well spoken, great listening skills, professional, courteous and energetic describe you well!
Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:
Must haves:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a design assistant or showroom sales
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to ask the right questions to uncover additional opportunities (upselling)
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
Of value:
- Experience with retail sales of stone products
- Conversant in Spanish is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks helpful
