Our patented electro-chemical water treatment system treats water without the use of additive chemicals for industrial water, agricultural drinking water and cooling towers.   You will have a huge impact on our growing company by driving new sales as well as installation and after sales service of our water treatment systems. Snapshot of key accountabilities:

  • Identify, build relationships and close new clients and distributors
  • Effectively nurture and maintain relationships with corporations, farmers and dealers in the assigned territory
  • Interact with a diverse employee and customer base in situations requiring tact, poise and diplomacy
  • Independently determine optimal methods for solving complex problems and conduct extensive research to develop solutions
  • Synthesize data and translate insights into relevant, usable, actionable strategic and tactical recommendations
  • Support post-sales activities tracking customers reported defects and providing the developers with the necessary debug information to solve the issues
  • Adhere to company goals and objectives of safety, quality, business ethics, and budget

Working at a fast pace while paying attention to detail with strong follow up is required in order to maintain and grow your customer base. You do not shy away from trouble shooting problems nor challenging potential customers with your strong listening and communication skills.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • A “farmer” work ethic living in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area
  • 5-10 years of experience in the livestock farming industry, preferably poultry
  • Sales experience either direct to farms, supporting a distributor network, or selling to major animal production corporations in the agricultural industry
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Active driver’s license and clean driving record; willingness to travel statewide/regionally/nationally
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com
  • Confident team-oriented person motivated to conduct professional tests and reports
