The Managing Director is a new position created to alleviate the day to day operations responsibilities of our CEO which will allow him to focus capital markets and new initiatives. About the position:
You will work closely with the CEO on developing long term growth strategies as well as the tactical responsibility for daily operations (acquisitions, construction, property and asset management) and capital markets (fundraising and investor relations). Operations represents 50%, Capital Markets/Finance 30%, and New Initiatives 20% of the overall job responsibilities.
