P&C Insurance, banking or mortgage experience is helpful.

Key accountabilities:
- Develop prospecting plan to create pipeline of new business opportunities
- Generate prospects/leads through aggressive self-sourcing
- Diligently pursue warm leads funneled from our marketing department and referrals
- Build customer relationships through trade show and conference attendance
- Conduct daily inside and on-site sales prospecting with potential customers, following our documented sales process, crafting proposals and closing sales
- Conduct accurate sales forecasting on monthly basis

- Experience with direct marketing and understanding of campaigns and list generation
- Proven sales experience including:
- Strong hunting and closing skills
- Consultative sales
- Commissions driven by achievement of quotas
- Pipeline development
- Deep network of contacts
- Strong writing skills
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
